one of my favorite signs in singapore, outside the Singapore Press Holdings buildings (the pilgrimage to which I dedicate many of my weekday mornings):
the bus back from the SPH building passes through Little India, resulting in serious vegetarian indian food cravings, which I indulged today with a lunch of yellow dahl (delicious). Walked lunch off with an hour-long discovery of all that the Mustafa Centre (a massive discount department store) had to offer. I struck upon an assortment of treasures; discontinued perfume, effervescent vitamin C tablets, almond, chocolate, AND coffee scented incense,
and lots and LOTS of toothbrushes
